Mulching.  Mulching is one of the best things that can be done for a garden. It can be done year round. We try to get it done twice a year to each flower bed. Mulching prevents soil erosion, enriches and loosens soil, invites earthworms, heats up soil, reduces weeds and peats. Lastly, it makes the bed look neat and deters littering. Come join the volunteers.
